Welcome to Neurocare, PLLC (the "Site", “Website”, “Neurocare For Kids, PLLC, or “business”). By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

The Site is provided for therapy provider contact, therapy service booking, payment, informational, and educational purposes only and is not intended to provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. Use of Content. The content on the Site is owned or licensed by Neurocare, PLLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any other use of the content, including but not limited to, reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without the prior written permission of Neurocare, PLLC or Dr. Angela Gille, is strictly prohibited.

Affiliated Social Media Accounts. Neurocare, PLLC maintains Instagram and other social media accounts (the "Social Media Accounts") as a way to connect with users and share content related to the Site. By interacting with the Social Media Accounts, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

a. You may use the Social Media Accounts only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable platform policies.

b. You may not use the Social Media Accounts to post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

c. You may not use the Social Media Accounts to engage in any activity that violates any laws or regulations, including but not limited to, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and anti-spam laws.

d. You acknowledge and agree that Neurocare, PLLC has the right to remove any content posted to the Social Media Accounts for any reason, without notice to you.

Credit Card Payments. We accept credit card payments through our website for services rendered. All credit card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store your credit card information. By making a payment through our website, you agree to pay all charges incurred in the agreed-upon currency and payment method and acknowledge that you are the authorized user of the credit card used for payment. If there is an issue with the payment, such as insufficient funds or an invalid card number, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
